I reserve the right to decline any request. I retain the commercial rights as well as the copyrights to my work unless discussed otherwise. I reserve the right to use the commissioned work in my live streams, portfolio, websites, subscription sites (I.E patreon) and social media unless discussed otherwise. If commissioned for fanart of an existing series or franchise, I reserve the right to use and sell the work as merchandise. Under no circumstances is my art permitted to be used in any form of AI learning or generation. Under no circumstances is my art permitted to be used in any form of non fungible token. The client must give credit back to me when posting the commissioned work on social media or using it in a live stream even if commercial rights are purchased. If the client wishes to have commercial rights to be used in but not limited to: merchandise, live streaming, subscription sites (I.E fansly, patreon), advertising, etc the client must discuss this at the start of the commission process as this will affect the final cost. Depending on the situation the commercial right fees can be between 100-200% of the initial price as an added price.

Payments are made up front before I start on the commission process. I will accept payment plans for larger payments depending on the situation.

I accept revision request during each WIP I send, however during the coloring stage only color revisions can be made. I send a WIP for the sketch, the lineart, and the final coloring. If I deem the revisions you want to be too extreme there may be an additional charge.

Clients must state if there is a date they need/want the commissioned art due by. If a rush order is needed a rush fee may be added onto the price.

There are no refunds after I start on the sketch.

If you would like to edit an artwork or model you commissioned from me you must ask permission first.
